Baylis Estates, founded by the late Jack Baylis, has been responsible for numerous major residential and commercial developments throughout the Bristol area. Several thousand new homes were built in Kingswood, Keynsham and Patchway during the 1960s before the company successfully branched into the world of commercial development.
Since then, Baylis Estates has been responsible for nearly 2 million sq ft of retail, leisure, office, warehousing and motor trade developments.
