Bascomb & Drew was formed over twenty-one years ago by Andy Dean and Bill Griffith, combining their expertise from construction and project management backgrounds. They adopted a "from-start-to-finish concept" to re-design homes and build new ones, aiming to turn clients' dreams into reality without the usual hassle and stress. Their ethos is wholeheartedly based on client satisfaction, with a foundation built on repeat business and personal recommendations.

The senior director team guides projects from inception and pre-planning through to completion, ensuring homes are designed, built, and ready to live in. They pride themselves on a personal, open, honest, and transparent approach, maintaining clear communication throughout the project. Many staff have been with the company from the beginning, embodying a core ethos of client satisfaction.
