Originally incorporated as an Electrical Contractor in 1976, Barrett Contracts have evolved and for over 40 years provided Main Contractor services throughout Ireland. Repeat clients include the University of Ulster, Altnagelvin Area Hospital, Ulster Hospital, Label One, and many of the banking institutions. Barrett Contracts combines civil engineering, building & electrical capability to provide a complete new build & refurbishment service throughout Ulster for private customers and public bodies.
Barrett Contracts provide comprehensive and fully integrated construction services in both the public and private sectors. For over 40 years we have been refining our founding values of quality, flexibility, rapid response and reliability. This enables us to deliver high quality schemes which span the whole turnkey delivery process.
Whether we are working on small, bespoke works or a large-scale project, our focus is on setting the standard for construction services. The operating philosophy of Barrett Contracts is one of co-operation with its clients and their design teams. An overriding objective is to deliver quality work, safely, on budget and on time.
