Austin Partnership is a 100% Employee-Owned Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Cardiff, established in 1991. They are expert problem solvers and provide a comprehensive range of services to both public and private sector clients. The senior management are supported by a team of professional and highly skilled staff who have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Whilst most of their projects are located in South Wales, they also have extensive experience of working in London and have worked on schemes throughout Great Britain. They provide a wide range of design services covering every stage of a project from inception through to completion.

Their expertise includes new build structures, extensions and alterations, conversion and restoration, repair and strengthening, reinforced concrete detailing, and steelwork connection design. They also design and improve infrastructure, including below-ground drainage, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS), obtaining statutory consents, flood consequence assessments, highways design, retaining structures, and railway stations and platforms. Their survey reports assess construction form and condition, providing recommendations for rectifying defects.

Services include structural appraisal, condition surveys, pre-demolition surveys, dilapidation surveys, and reactive surveys and monitoring. They also offer concept design, feasibility studies, SuDS design, SAB applications, BIM, FEA, temporary works design, and earthworks analysis.
