Draws inspiration from Art Deco lines of an existing 1933 building, adding 26 floors for 206 private apartments. Original brief for structural steelwork reinforcing plates and girders, scope developed to include new support brackets for stone facade and structural elements.
North of Oxford Street
Refurbishment and extension works of an existing building. Provided approx. 130T of steelwork to Basement, Ground and Storeys 1-5, involving creation of new reception space, infilling a light well, reconfiguration of lift/WC cores, and new facade steelwork. Included extension of existing roof to create two additional floors.
Fabrication and installation of steelwork and metal decking to infill the existing atrium on the 5th and 6th floors to create new floor space. Project also involved a new steel terrace structure with balustrade and stair for a new restaurant.

Restoration of three Grade II-listed buildings. Involved re-building the rear of 98 Portland Street, reconfiguring interior layout, raising the roof, and constructing mezzanine levels. New steelwork and flooring installed involving complex structural modifications.
Trafalgar Square
Supply and installation of steelwork around the perimeter of an existing 7-floor atrium. Steel frames cantilevered off the existing structure with new floors formed from lightweight purlins and timber to increase lettable floor space. Works carried out at night within a live building.

Impressive mixed-use development of luxury apartments, office and retail space. Contracted to supply and install structural steelwork to the podium building in three main areas: East core, West core, and Central core.
London Wall at its junction with Wood Street
Project with a tight programme and challenging site conditions due to restricted access to the 18 floors of this iconic office building. Manufactured and installed two scenic lifts with a high-spec architectural finish and associated structural steelwork.
Mayfair, overlooking Green Park
Design and build project within Devonshire House. Contracted to fabricate and install a bespoke elliptical walkway spanning 3 floors within the foyer. Design development evolved throughout the build on this unique structure.
