Moffat
Water main replacement for 7km in field and carriageway. Several techniques are being used to install the new main including open cut, pipe bursting and slip lining. The mains are a variety of sizes from 63mm to 125mm MDPE.
Coulter
500mm water main diversion by pipejacking underneath the river Cutler due to eroded pipework. The new watermain is open cut either side of the river to tie back into the existing 450mm water main. The 450mm water main will then be removed from the water and a new side wall will be built.
