About from company website

ALPS Electrical is a family-run business founded in 2022 by Andy and Isabella Pemberton, based in Kirklevington, Yarm. Andy, a qualified electrician since age 20, relaunched the company with a focus on honesty and quality after a successful music career with his brother Carl as Journey South. The company specialises in solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging solutions, aiming to provide complete energy solutions for homes and businesses.

They pride themselves on transparency, filming installations for their YouTube channel, and offer a personal service with no call centres or hard sells. Andy personally surveys every property, ensuring tailored advice and solutions. Isabella manages operations, ensuring smooth project coordination and compliance.

Their commitment to quality is reflected in their numerous accreditations and awards, including the Checkatrade Sustainability Champion 2024. ALPS Electrical serves Teesside, County Durham, and North Yorkshire, offering a range of services from single EV charger installations to large commercial solar arrays. They are MCS certified, NAPIT registered, Tesla Certified, and TrustMark endorsed, ensuring high standards across all their work.
