A garden office at a customers domestic premises. We installed an air conditioning system to provide cooling and heating allowing the customer to make use of his office all year round.

Our customer in Basingstoke was using a portable air conditioner to cope with the hot summer temperatures. He requested split air conditioning to be installed to provide improved cooling with a much quieter and more efficient operation.
Domestic Multi Split
Basingstoke
With 3 separate bedrooms requiring air conditioning our Basingstoke clients were looking for the most cost effective and unobtrusive installation. Our recommendation was to install a Mitsubishi split system where all three internal bedroom units worked completely independently but required only one outside wall mounted condenser. With the bedrooms located on each side of the detached house and the indoor units mounted on internal walls we installed integral small condensate pumps and then ran all pipework through the loft thereby fulfilling all of their requirements.
Park Home
Our customers, both senior citizens, had enjoyed living in their park home for many happy years. However with the increasingly hot summers they were finding keeping their home comfortable and cool on the hottest days increasingly more difficult and this was beginning to impact on their health. We recommended and installed a discreet wall mounted indoor unit to their lounge for comfort during the day and with the added benefit of providing cooler air to the bedroom for more restful nights. A further and unexpected benefit to our customers of our Mitsubishi installation was that the unit also provided instant and controllable heating aiding more comfortable living through the cold winter months.

Reading
With the need to now work from home our client in Reading had adapted his large garden gym to create much needed office space. The originally installed air conditioning system was obsolete and no longer working so we carefully decommissioned using our gas extraction equipment before removing and disposing of the old units. To replace we upgraded the performance specification with a Mitsubishi air conditioning system providing all year around instant cooling and heating control. Outside we removed and re-fitted external cladding to hide all pipework and cabling
