AES delivered the full mechanical and electrical installation for five high-end residential properties. Works included full 1st and 2nd fix of bespoke heating systems, design, supply & install of underfloor heating to all ground floors, hot & cold services throughout, above ground drainage, system boilers and 300L pressure cylinders installed, radiators and towel rails installed, full fit-out of bathrooms and shower areas, with sanitaryware supplied, water softeners supplied and installed, and systems tested, commissioned, and certified for Gas Safe and G3 compliance. Electrical works included complete 1st fix cabling installed per design specifications, brushed chrome accessories, Aico interlinked smoke and heat detection systems, TV head-end equipment, decorative lighting first-fixed and installed, external up/down cylinder-style lighting installed, dimmer switches fitted, and power and data supplies to entrance gates, power supplies for ventilation, mirrors, Velux windows, and other systems.
