Abode25 was established to formalise a long-standing passion for property development. The founders' first property was purchased at auction in 2000, leading to the successful flipping of three more within 18 months. Following a hiatus due to family and a successful 'day job' business, the company re-engaged with property development, undertaking a significant refurbishment of a large Georgian Grade 2 listed house over four years.
More recently, Abode25 set a goal of completing three development projects in five years. Despite challenging market conditions including a global pandemic, increased taxes and regulations, and fluctuating material prices and interest rates, this goal was achieved. 6m and a sale price of £3m.
