Refurbishment to 364 Bedrooms to two grades (Queen Rooms & King Rooms). Full redecorations to both rooms types. New decorative lighting and USB switch plates to bedside. Queen Bathrooms consisting of new tiled floor, new bespoke vanity unit, new bath panel, new WC and cistern and new brassware throughout. King Bathrooms consisting of full retile, new shower enclosures, new bespoke vanity unit, new dropped ceiling with downlights, new WC and cistern and new brassware throughout. Restaurant consisting of new bespoke joinery items, redecorations and electrical alterations. Bar Area consisting of over cladding existing bar front and top, bespoke joinery items, redecorations, electrical alterations and new flooring consisting of mixture of tiled and Karndean LVT. Reception consisting of over cladding of existing reception counters, redecorations, new tiled floor throughout and new decorative lighting. Gym consisting of redecorations, new lighting and new flooring. Meeting rooms consisting of redecorations, new flooring, foil/wrapping of existing credenzas and minor electrical alterations. Forming 2 new meeting rooms. Upgrade to existing Hilton Shop Area.

Installation of new showers and basin taps. Manufacture and installation of new bath panels. Chemical clean, re-grout and re-silicone to all bathrooms. Decorations to complete corridors.

Open Lobby and MPW restaurant. Removal of internal walls forming old admin offices to form one larger restaurant area. Hotels existing bar and lounge fully refurbished to new open lobby scheme. Old office space and restaurant fully refurbishment to form MPW restaurant within the new larger footprint. Manufacture all new bespoke joinery for both areas including two new bars, credenzas, waiter stations and open bookcases. New air conditioning and ventilation to MPW restaurant. Forming all new ceiling detail where offices removed. Complete new lighting design wired and installed with new lighting control system. Installation of new tiled and timber floors throughout whole ground floor. Manufacture and install slatted timber panelling to lounge and reception walls. Complete redecorations to all areas.

Refurbishment to Ground Floor Lobby (Reception, Bar Area, Lounge Area). Phase refurbishment to complete ground floor open lobby area in a live hotel. Retiling to floor area in main reception using 1200 x 1200mm tiles. Cladding/Stone works to existing reception pods and reception back wall. New bespoke joinery items including Waiter Stations, Concierge Desk, Meeting & Events Host Desk. Complete new larger raised bar/lounge area which required all new timber structural works and new Hardwood timber floor on top. Redecorations to complete ground floor area. New decorative lighting installed to designers detail with new lighting control system. New air conditioning and ventilation system. Installation of woodgrain foil wrap to all perimeter wall panelling.
